Sarah Kenagy
Sarah has 33 years of experience as a physiotherapist, with over 15 years in pelvic health. Having completed a Master's level qualification in both pelvic health physiotherapy and musculoskeletal physiotherapy therapy, Sarah is well-placed to assist you with any pelvic floor or pelvic pain problem.
After eight years working at The BodyLogic Pelvic Health Clinic in Subiaco, under the mentoring of Dr Judith Thompson, Sarah has had the opportunity to extend and consolidate her skills in pelvic health physiotherapy.
Continuing her commitment to pelvic health, Sarah is also a lecturer, clinical supervisor, and researcher on the Curtin University Clinical Masters of Physiotherapy (Continence and Pelvic Health) course.

Areas of Expertise
Sarah treats a range of pelvic health problems in all genders, including bladder and bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, bowel dysfunctions, pelvic pain (including endometriosis, vulvodynia and painful intercourse) and pre/post-prostatectomy rehabilitation. Pre and post-natal musculoskeletal and pelvic problems, including the pelvic girdle and spinal pain, are also areas of expertise. Sarah fits vaginal pessary supports for women with pelvic organ prolapse.
Sarah is comfortable treating people of all genders and sexual identities and those with diverse ethnic, cultural and racial backgrounds. With a particular interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ population, Sarah works with intersex people and those people undergoing hormonal gender affirmation therapy and surgical genital reconfiguration surgery. Every person is provided with individualised, equitable care. A trauma-sensitive and psychologically informed approach is taken with every patient.
Sarah's professional career spans over 30 years in physiotherapy, including clinical work in Dubai, Texas, San Diego, Melbourne and Torquay. As a mother of three young adults, Sarah uses her varied background to provide holistic, inclusive, patient-centred care for patients with problems in and around the pelvis.
